Event and Ticket Information:
The following refund policy only applies if you have purchased tickets for an event produced by Odds and Sodds where a secondary ticket seller was not used. If you have used a secondary seller for your tickets to an Odds and Sodds event, and would like to discuss the details of your purchase, then please contact the specific ticket service in the first instance.
Refund Policy:

Eligibility: Refunds will only be offered in the following cases:

If the event that the tickets were purchased for is cancelled.

If the event that the tickets were purchased for is postponed or rescheduled, and the customer cannot attend the new date.

Exclusions: While not exhaustive, some instances in which refunds cannot be offered by Odds and Sodds are:

If the customer changes their mind about attending the event.

If the customer does not show up for the event.

If the customer has purchased their ticket from a secondary seller.

Process: In the event that you would like to request a refund, please send an email with your booking details, full name and reason for refund to oddsandsoddscompany@gmail.com within 30 days of the date of the event. Odds and Sodds will deal with refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Amount: Refunds will be for the full value of the ticket at the time of purchase. Additional costs incurred at the time of booking, such as booking fees, postage, administrative fees or service charges are non-refundable.

Timeline: Odds and Sodds will aim to respond to any requests for a refund within 7 days from the receipt of the customer's request. Please check spam/junk folders to ensure a quick resolution to any queries.

Event Changes: Should the event have to be postponed or rescheduled, customers will be contacted as soon as possible with new dates/times for the event. Tickets purchased for the original date will be able to be used for the rescheduled event at no extra cost.
Dispute Resolution:

Initial Contact: Should a secondary ticket seller have been used, please contact the secondary ticket seller in the first instance to resolve any issues.

Questions or Escalation: If you have any questions or queries regarding our Event and Ticket Information, or if you don't feel that your request has been fairly dealt with, please email us on oddsandsoddscompany@gmail.com and we will aim to respond to all messages within 7 days from the receipt of the customer's email.
