Hello, I'm Mel! I work as a theatre technician which I absolutely adore doing - from lighting shows, building set to meeting so many different people. I graduated from the theatre performance and production course at The University of Chichester in 2022, where I met these bunch of Sodds. I thrive backstage and helping out with big production get ins and get outs.

I've always been interested in creating since I can remember, from going to dance lessons for 10 years to getting way too invested with every crafting projects at school. I started teaching my own routines at my dance school and taking over some classes, which lead into my love for movement and physical theatre. I took up performing arts at college and LOVED it, where I created work such as a shadow routine, a drama in education piece and many dances. I then took a gap year and worked in a youth theatre, where I co-directed shows, built props, assembled set, ran classes and gained a passion for backstage theatre. Last minute I applied to uni where I learned about a whole new world of theatre I never knew existed. In my final year of uni, I co-created Odds and Sodds.
